Bill Rupert did our home inspection on a house we ultimately didn’t buy due to his inspection. The house was... misrepresented and Bill spent all day finding all the problems. He spent over an hour with us at the end of the day to make sure we knew what the risks were. He could have done another inspection that day but he just did a great job at the one he did. Although I should, particularly as much as I use them, I hardly ever take time to write reviews. Bill with Integrity... Inspections was awesome. He was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He spent an excessive amount of time going over the inspection with me as well as generously sharing his extensive knowledge. I can't recommend him enough. You could tell he is passionate about wanting to help others and for them to have a good experience. That means a lot. This was a last minute moment of scheduling and Bill was able to get us on the schedule within a few days. Very... pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection on a home purchase. Additionally, he was very communicative and got the report to us shortly after the inspection (I think about 5 hrs or so) which helped me to speed along things on my end.
