I grew up in La Puente, near Los Angeles, and Southern California is home. I worked as a real estate agent in Las Vegas, and when I returned to Southern California, I wanted a more hands-on role in real estate. As a result, I completed my training and began the inspection business in 2001.

In addition to being a member of NACHI, I have a Professional Career Development Institute diploma in Home Inspection.

I would encourage you to join me during the inspection, to walk through the house with me and ask any questions you have. The next day, I'll provide a detailed report in Excel. I work to keep everything simple and easy to understand, and highlight any problem areas in red.

What sets me apart from other home inspectors is value -- you'll get a thorough inspection with a detailed report for a low flat fee. Our standard rate is $200, including  pictures. Additional units are $50 and pool or spas are $30. In addition to private homes, I'm available to inspect commercial buildings such as strip malls, automotive garages, churches, and multifamily condo and apartment buildings.
